We had a sump pump failure over a three day holiday with a flooded basement. We tried a couple of other companies with no one returning calls. Then we called Certified Restoration, talked directly to Clint the owner who promised to be there the next morning. He came ahead of schedule the next day (Sunday) and had the basement under control by noon. He returned the next few days to check on the drying and gave us advice and assistance the whole time. Our entire downstairs flooded when our sump pump decided to quit after some heavy rains. Certified Restoration was great restoring our family room and 3 other rooms. It looks better now than it did before! We would highly recommend them. Clint was great to work with, as were all of his sub-contractors and employees. Clint answered the call and arrived very promptly. We had flooding in the basement and a newborn grandchild inbound within the next 48 hours. He addressed the water issue the same night, and did a thorough assessment of all damages to prevent mold or anything else harmful to the baby.
